I walked my path alone
And stumbled all the way.
Until I heard my Father’s voice
And then began to pray.

Oh the plans He shared with me
As He held me in His arms.
If I would let him guide me,
He’d keep me safe from harm.

So I gave Him all my plans
For the direction that I need.
His answers came upon me
Because I chose to believe.

I found that if I trust in Him
And follow in His will.
My life with all my dreams
Is what He longs to fill!
